I offer a steady, non-judgmental space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find relief.
I love working with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to turn challenges into growth. Together, we can tend to anxiety (including that constant, generalized worry), depression, women’s concerns, spirituality, and self-care. I also support kids and their caregivers in building connection and confidence.
My approach is warm and collaborative: for couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to rebuild trust and communication. For anxiety and depression, I blend Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy to find small, doable shifts and re-author your story. For ADHD, impulsivity, and family patterns, I use Internal Family Systems and a family systems lens to help you understand your inner parts and create routines that fit your life. Sessions are in English.
