Hello! I am a sex therapist working with individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous and other non-monogamous relationships. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, somatic therapies, and attachment theory.
With a background as a yoga instructor, I incorporate breathwork and mindfulness to deepen the mind-body connection, helping clients move beyond intellectual insight and into embodied awareness. I believe therapy is collaborative: you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to offer support, guidance, and tools as you navigate your unique path.
As a poly, queer, and kink-affirming therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work.
