I’m Burton F Krain, a psychologist with 52+ years of experience. My style is steady, practical, and kind. I blend skills that calm and focus the mind (CBT, DBT, ACT) with relational tools that strengthen bonds (Gottman Method, couples therapy, conflict resolution). I help with trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, ADHD and executive challenges, parenting and family conflict, and intimacy and sexuality concerns.
