Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in the same painful pattern. They may care deeply about each other, but find themselves caught in cycles of conflict, distance, defensiveness, resentment, or loneliness. Over time, both partners can begin to feel unseen, unheard, or unsure how to reach for each other in a way that feels safe.

My work is attachment-based, which means I help couples look beneath the surface of conflict to better understand the fears, longings, and protective responses driving the pattern between them. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we slow things down and work toward a clearer, safer way of communicating and connecting.

I also work with individuals who want to better understand their relationship patterns, attachment wounds, emotional responses, boundaries, and sense of self. Therapy can be a place to make sense of what has felt confusing and begin relating to yourself and others with more clarity, compassion, and honesty.

My style is warm, thoughtful, and gently honest. I care about helping clients feel understood while also supporting meaningful growth and change.

If you are feeling stuck in your marriage, navigating emotional distance, or wanting to build a more secure way of relating, I would be glad to connect with you.
