I offer individual therapy and couples counseling in San Francisco and online across California. You may be caught in familiar relationship difficulties, replaying conversations, questioning your judgment, or feeling inadequate despite outward success. You may also feel disconnected or unsure what comes next as your relationships and priorities change. Together we explore what keeps you stuck and how you want to respond.
Couples often come to me after repeated arguments, growing distance, or a loss of trust. I help slow down difficult exchanges so both partners can understand the cycle, express what matters, and hear each other more clearly. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) informs my work, and I adapt to each couple's concerns and pace. I also offer premarital counseling and discernment counseling for couples unsure about continuing their relationship.
My approach is conversational and collaborative. Having grown up abroad, I bring an international perspective and curiosity about how each person makes sense of their life. My experience working with men informs my work on emotional expression, self-reliance, and closeness with people across genders.
