I offer counseling for individuals and couples who wish to integrate their Christian faith into the healing process. I also draw on several evidence-based therapies—MCBT, Solution Focused, Adlerian, Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, and Integrative therapies—and I provide Certified Prepare and Enrich counseling. Together we might focus on relationship-building skills, prayer, and trauma informed therapies while practicing healthy boundaries, journaling, meditation, and meaningful homework. When helpful, I can also incorporate Clinical Hypnotherapy, Guided Therapeutic Imagery, and Yoga therapy to support healing in mind, body, and spirit.
