Your romantic relationship can be the greatest source of joy and connection in your life...and sometimes, the greatest source of frustration and pain. You may love each other, but still feel stuck in the same argument, shutdown, resentment, or distance.

I help couples understand the pattern they're caught in and begin changing it together. My approach is active, compassionate, and practical. I am not here to referee fights or decide who is “the problem.” My goal is to help you both feel emotionally safe, understood, and capable of repairing the wounds in your relationship.

My couples work is grounded in Gottman Method, with additional training in infidelity recovery and premarital counseling. I offer a structured approach for couples who want more than a place to vent, but rather actionable steps to repair trust, improve communication, and build a stronger relationship.

In addition to couples work, I specialize in working with men, anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, self-criticism, and parents supporting anxious children, OCD, ARFID, or adult children struggling with failure to launch. These services are separate from couples therapy so treatment remains clear and focused.

Fees range from $250–$500 depending on session length and format. I am private pay and can provide superbills when clinically appropriate, though couples therapy reimbursement varies by plan.
