I work with women and couples—partners of all kinds, including LGBTQ+—using current training in couples therapy. My background in mediation means I stay neutral and focus on helping you both be heard and felt.
In sessions, I stay involved. When conversations start to loop or escalate, I help keep things on track so both of you can actually be heard. I don’t take sides. I help you stay in the conversation, even when it’s difficult. We focus on the conversations you’ve been trying to have but haven’t been able to get through—and work toward clarity about what comes next.
My work draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) and Gottman Method (Levels I and II), along with mediation-informed conflict resolution. Sessions are online for clients across Ohio.
I also work with creatives—artists, musicians, actors, entrepreneurs—around blocks, authenticity, and finding a clearer voice.
