I primarily work with couples to help them reconnect, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication, while also supporting individuals and families on their journeys toward healing, clarity, and emotional balance. After earning my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I completed four additional years of advanced training in Integrated Body Psychotherapy (IBP), with specialized focus on couples therapy, communication, infidelity recovery, emotional crisis, anxiety, creativity, and sexuality. My clinical approach is informed by leading evidence-based modalities, including the Gottman Method, the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
