Life is tough. There are many trials and hardships we experience and sometimes we carry all of that with us until we reach a point where we stop feeling like ourselves or have never truly found the self we wanted to be. I am here to help you find the self you desire and have been wanting to reach. Together, we will work to overcome the obstacles life has put up and work towards healing from areas of the past that have held you for too long. I work from a solution-focused and narrative approach and I am informed by Gottman's Method. I am also a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, who guides dating, engaged, or married couples through custom inventory results to help them strengthen their relationship.
I am passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them find meaning and resolution in what they are experiencing. I believe in working with people to discover the resources and strengths they possess within themselves, in their relationships, and their environment and encouraging them to find ways to implement new strategies into their life to work towards the life they desire.
