I’m just going to come right out and say it—I’m not for everyone. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s just going to sit back and listen and validate everything you say, that’s not me. You wouldn’t change, break unhealthy patterns, or achieve the love life you want.
I will tell you—sometimes gently, and sometimes directly—where your actions are out of alignment with who you want to be and what you want for your love life. I’ll hold you accountable, but I’ll also give you the support to create change. I’ll teach you the tools to do things more effectively and work alongside you as you practice.
