I’m Angie Lester, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia with 14 years of experience. My grounding comes from a Mercer University undergraduate education and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama. In our work, I blend practical tools with warmth—CBT and DBT to calm overwhelm and strengthen emotion regulation, Solution-Focused strategies to highlight what’s working, and couples therapy to restore communication, trust, and closeness.
