Hello! Welcome to a different kind of therapy that you have NEVER experienced before.

I specialize in adult ADHD, couples and parenting. I also have ADHD, which has definitely helped me to connect on another level. I’ve been a therapist for 15+ years and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

I have an eclectic way of doing therapy, I’ll pull from all different areas as needed in order to help you to meet your goals. I like to problem solve and dig deep to find out the cause.

I’m very open minded in my approach and want to make sure you are comfortable with the work that we are doing together. We will work a little out of your comfort zone to reach your goals, and you will have support along the way.

You will be able to practice specific tools and skills between sessions, as the work between sessions is most important. You’ll be able to challenge yourself, set boundaries and break down emotional walls.
