Hi, my name is Heidi, and I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT). Prior to becoming a therapist I had the unique privilege and honor of serving in the United States Army for over 15 years. I am also a combat veteran.
I have learned a great deal from my clients and I am grateful for the opportunity to walk with those who have allowed me to join them on their journey. Therapy, to me, is a partnership. An exchange of ideas, and feelings, and a collaboration to achieve desired outcomes. We can discuss ways to problem solve, explore coping skills that are beneficial to you, and process your unique situation with techniques that are introduced during the therapy session.
My goal is to provide you with a space that feels safe and comfortable. I can offer you support that will allow you the opportunity to process, learn, and grow from the challenges that have impacted your life.

EDUCATION: I graduated from University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colorado in October of 2012.
EXPERIENCE: I worked with veterans, adolescents and teens in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, as well as in the homes of families in severe crisis. I have worked with both inmates and Correctional Officers at both of the local detention centers.
