I believe most people have the desire to connect in meaningful ways with one another however often times we get stuck in playing out old, unhealthy, and ineffective patterns of relating and communicating. My approach is in working with individuals figuring out how to view "the problem" as a team and discover how each of them contributes in both helpful and unhelpful ways in sustaining not so great patterns of relating and communicating. We then learn ways of interrupting those patterns while practicing more effective ways of communicating and practicing healthy ways to address conflict and disconection.
