I am an English-speaking graduate psychologist and licensed psychotherapist, offering short and long-term online psychotherapy.
As an experienced therapist, I work with you to provide a dynamic and personalized therapeutic experience. I have experience working with adults in individual and couples therapy settings.
Therapy is a space where unconditional acceptance is offered.
Psychotherapy is a deeply personal experience. It is not something done to a person, but rather created by the person. Thus, working with you will involve your active participation. By staying by your side and embracing everything you bring, I aim to support the growth of your personal process.
In the past, I have worked with clients who have faced challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, relationships, chronic conditions, gender and sexuality, as well as clinical mental health issues. Some of these struggles may resonate with you. In my work, I listen to how these struggles, or any of life’s challenges, are personally meaningful to you.
