I mostly work with less traditional clients (including artists, entrepreneurs, highly sensitive people & spiritual types) and work to cultivate a safe place for all people, most frequently working with clients in queer, ethically non-monogamous, & kink relationships. Most of my clients are wanting to work on issues mostly unrelated to but within the context of these communities and lifestyles, and are tired of having to spend so much time explaining the context to therapists unfamiliar with their world. I also work with folks looking to explore these aspects of themselves for the first time.

I also work with parents (and those hoping to become parents) who are queer, non-monogamous, and/or blended families. However, I regularly work with more conventional parents, too! I work with my clients on deconstructing expectations and societal norms in order to find themselves in their parenting identity. Often, this involves some exploration of your own childhood, with the focus on healing the present/future!

With all relationship counseling, it's important to find ways of building a bridge between differences in perspective, solidify a foundation in trust and communication, and working towards all parties are living their best lives leading to enhancement of the relationship. I work holistically with respect to mind, body, and spirit. Using mindfulness, skill-building, and experiential exercises I'll guide you as you learn to harness your own innate healing wisdom. I aim to guide clients in discovering their patterns and getting off autopilot to begin living and loving the way they choose!
