I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship distress, communication difficulties, intimacy & sex concerns, low self-esteem, infidelity, or betrayal. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming as well as poly friendly & kink aware.
My belief is that therapy is a collaborative experience that allows you to explore the issues that may be causing you distress, trauma, or anxiety and develop the tools to work through those issues. I focus on the client as a whole and believe that whatever brings you to therapy, is deeply rooted in your life experiences.
I hold a Master's Degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College with a focus in sex therapy. In addition- I have advanced couples therapy training including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
