Tony Langstaff is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist focused on preparing couples at any point along their journey of life together. Because of his own journey, he understands the importance of preparing couples considering marriage by building a strong foundation from the beginning. However, he also gets that not everyone begins with the end in mind. For those who have struggled along and may be nearing the point of no return, he works to reengage the couple to be able to “hear” one another and rekindle a glowing ember back into a more stable flame.

As a 20-year military veteran, he has a particular understanding of the challenges of physical separation, work stress, and multiple priorities competing for our attention while undermining our marriages and relationships.

He also helps people struggling with stress, depression, or anxiety as well as relational conflicts within families. He understands the challenges in getting help to get "unstuck" and realizes it takes courage to ask for help.
