This is broadly defined but would include problems with intimacy (e.g., difficulty maintaining closeness), desire (e.g., not wanting to have sex), arousal (e.g., inability to achieve or maintain erections), and orgasm (e.g., not being able to, or having it happen too quickly). If you are in a committed relationship, I encourage the partner to be involved. I also see clients who are experiencing distress related to affairs, sexual compulsivity, sexual trauma, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Clients who identify as LGBTQ+ are welcome.
