Mrs. Johnson's area of focus is problem solving therapy, she uses a cognitive behavioral approach with the goal of changing patterns of thinking and behavior triggered by life stressors.
Personal Note
Several years ago, I experienced a set-back related to loss of a long-term relationship, which caused lots of grief, financial hardship, and life as a single parent. I was reluctant to get into relationships due to past experiences. I worked on myself and was able to look at my past experiences, only to see that those past experiences were keeping me stuck and reluctant to move forward. I stepped out of stuck and created a life of happiness. I challenge you to find happiness, and I look forward to guiding you on a journey to seek balance and help you live your best life.
