Therapy provides a platform to help you process your feelings and emotions related to the stressful event. If you are experiencing difficulties related to stress, loss, divorce, life transitions, relationships, parenting, medical, and mental health, therapy will help you find positive coping strategies to help you cope and improve your emotional wellness. My goal is to help you find fortitude during your difficult moments.
Mrs. Johnson's area of focus is problem solving therapy, she uses a cognitive behavioral approach with the goal of changing patterns of thinking and behavior triggered by life stressors.
Personal Note
Several years ago, I experienced a set-back related to loss of a long-term relationship, which caused lots of grief, financial hardship, and life as a single parent. I was reluctant to get into relationships due to past experiences. I worked on myself and was able to look at my past experiences, only to see that those past experiences were keeping me stuck and reluctant to move forward. I stepped out of stuck and created a life of happiness. I challenge you to find happiness, and I look forward to guiding you on a journey to seek balance and help you live your best life.
