I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I believe in fostering a non-judgmental relationship with individuals and couples. I practicing from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on assets and potentials. I practice dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, and person-centered techniques to assist patients in reaching their goals. My purpose is to help individuals and couples improve coping skills, increase personal happiness, and discover stability in daily life. I have a passion for counseling and strive to improve the life of my client in ways that are both personally and relationally beneficial to them.
