I utilize an attachment and sensorimotor approach with all of my clients so they by strengthening the attachment with themselves they can then make healthy connections with the other people in their life. Understanding that we all have attachment wounds is important in reducing shame that often keeps us from thriving as individuals and then in relationships. I equip my couple clients with tools so that they can better support one another with psychoeducation and EFT so they understand the pattern or dance taking place in the Relationship so they can make changes.
