Tariiq Omari Walton, LMFT, is a licensed couples therapist, author, educator, talk show host, and media personality who makes his home in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Originally from Albany, NY, Tariiq specializes in emotional awareness, intimacy, communication, and problem-solving. He is the founder and director of Insight Marriage and Family Therapists, a small private practice in Silver Springs, MD, and the author of four books, including the relationship ode, “It’s Just A Damn Date: Why We Expect Too Much Too Soon”.
