In couple counseling, my focus is to assist individuals in finding balance in the relationship. Balance and open communication is the key to a good relationship.

Finding the "love language" or what makes each partner feel validated and valued is imprortant for the longevity of a couple. Also, I try to help the couple find humor, where appropriate, in the everyday stituations that life throws at us.
