While my training has included Systemic Family Therapy, Gottman, RLT, Object Relations, and the Developmental model, in the end, I use some combination of all these approaches and the 40 years of couples that have taught me the most. Having all these tools in my toolbox allows me to intervene in what I believe what will be the most effective way for each couple.
