Gottman Method Couples Therapy is Dr. Hall's primary method for treting marital issues, which is the most research based and in my opinion the best available. I also use Internal Family Systems and EMDR approaches for tough family conflicts that are doubly complicated when mental ilness is present in family members. I treat most DSM disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD, abuse, addiction) in individuals and within the family context.
