Nothing is more important than the people in your life so relationships with others (your children, boss, coworkers, friends, parents, relatives, and, of course, spouse or significant other) is worth investing time into improving if it is causing you stress.
My approach to couples therapy is to hear both sides of the story and to try to delicately yet firmly address the underlying issues and get to real solutions.
I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral, Insight-Oriented, and Supportive Therapy and I am very passionate about what I do and love working with couples.
