My approach to marriage counseling is to first make sure that couples know who they are as individuals. Secondly where they are going in life individually and as a couple. Thirdly make sure that they are not looking for the other person to solely fulfill their needs. Once those concerns are address and understood we can move along with the reasons of treatment. My Counseling Approach is Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychoeducational.
