I have been providing couple therapy and marriage counseling for 10 + years to couples and have also conducted a number of studies to identify most effective strategies for couplethreapy. I have a particular interest in working with diversity that includes ethnicity, race, religion, LGBTQ+. I work from a compassionate, non-judgmental framework. My training is in models of couple therapy that have lonstanding research support that include Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Integrative Behavioural Couple Therapy (IBCT), Family Systems and Social Constructive.
