Sara has an experience of over 17 years in helping people suffering from problems such as lower self confidence, identity issues, trauma, women’s postpartum depression and other mental health conditions. Her goal is to help her clients develop coping skills, instill positive emotional health,reduce severity and frequency of symptoms. Sara believes that mind, body and emotional health are interconnected and together they play a significant role in determining a person’s behavior, symptoms and coping mechanisms. She tries to carefully understand all these attributes to identify areas of growth and help people overcome their troubles.
