The loss of fulfillment in your relationship can be painful, and you cannot shake the feeling that there has to be a better way to experience life with your partner. I come alongside both partners in their relationship and help them learn how to reconnect with each other, find attunement, and move forward with a new energy in their relationship. The road to a revitalized relationship looks different for every couple, based on personalities, histories, and long-term needs that have developed. Because of that, I consult with couples before I begin therapy to make sure I am the right fit and to make sure they are comfortable with me. I want to know what your needs are so I can get a sense of how I can be most effective in coming alongside you. Once you begin therapy, remember that the work can be hard but it is rewarding.
