I draw from various forms of psychotherapy such as mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I believe my greatest tool is myself. It is so valuable to feel a genuine connection with your therapist. I'm not a one size fits all therapist and I believe your therapy should be tailored to the unique person that you are.
