I approach my work as a guide through difficult or confusing times in your relationship. While I am a trained expert, you and your partner are the experts in your own life. We all experience periods of getting "stuck" and when we work together in therapy we can experience deeper bonding and growth on the otherside.
I help couples become aware of the negative pattern they engage in that create distress and disconnection. I create an atmosphere of safety and security to allow for open expression, emotion and vulnerability to permeate the negative cycle and allow couple's to create a new positive and effective cycle.
