According to the client’s needs, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including the evidence-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Habit Reversal Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing in order to support my clients. I offer an environment of acceptance and genuine caring to promote the couples’ growth. I provide counseling to couples in English, Spanish and Portuguese. My goal is to genuinely help and support couples to develop skills, build resilience and excel their lives towards growth, healing, plenitude and success.
