Do you want to take control of your life? It may be difficult for you to sleep, eat, or manage your emotions. Have you found yourself crying or feeling agitated? If you can relate, I'm here for you. My intent is to help you gain the things you want in life, whether to obtain a goal, improve a relationship, or achieve peace. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help change behaviors as well as manage anxiety and depression. I also use Christian Cognitive Behavior Therapy with clients who rely on their faith to help them cope with life. My other go-to tools include Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
