I work with adult men and women, in English and Spanish, helping them gain clarity to confidently live the life they choose. I especially enjoy helping those who feel suffocated by anxious thoughts and overwhelmed by emotions. I know from my own path to wellness that my therapy experience has freed me to live with intention. I feel honored for the opportunity to walk alongside others as they move toward self-discovery and acceptance.
My approach to therapy includes a strength-based framework where I seek to help my clients identify and build upon their natural strengths. I also use innovation and imagination to help empower clients to move through situations that seem impossible. My training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology from Crown College and a Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I am a licensed counselor in Texas and Colorado.
