As a loss and transformational grief expert, I help clients navigate the journey of loss and help them heal the grief that follows, so that they can transform loss into love and grief into growth, and the loss is then honored by the transformation it has inspired. I use a variety of skills, techniques, and methodology, including my own 7 Powerful Practices to Manage Your Mind and Heal Your Heart.
I work with all sources of grief: human, pet loss, health, relationship. I especially enjoy working with couples who are experiencing pet loss, anticipatory grief, and all the decisions that enter into that stage, especially when there are conflicts and communication issues betwen partners about their pet.
