About

One of the reasons I went into counseling is so I could make a difference in families for generations. What better way than by working with couples? I have been working with couples to enhance connection, communication, and effective conflict resolution since 1998.
I have been trained through level 3 of the Gottman Method and incorporate emotionally-focused therapy, as well. I believe in the power of these evidence-based methods to make lasting change in an intimate relationship.
I enjoy the work that I do and find great fulfillment in walking with a couple on their journey!
