Are you feeling disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, or overwhelmed by relationship stress? I work with individuals and couples navigating communication issues, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, parenting stress, workplace conflict, and relationship challenges. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Northwestern University, I provide therapy through a warm, relational, and systemic approach focused on helping clients better understand patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
I believe struggles happen within the context of relationships, attachment patterns, and life experiences. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental while helping clients gently challenge the patterns keeping them stuck. I also incorporate sex therapy concepts into my work under supervision when clinically appropriate.
I work with individuals and couples seeking deeper emotional connection, healthier communication, stronger self-worth, and lasting relational change. I also offer “The Pattern Breaker Sessions” for couples ready to break unhealthy cycles, rebuild emotional safety, and reconnect in more meaningful ways.
