I love working with individuals and couples who are caring and capable but overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in habits that no longer help, or running into the same argument. Together we’ll turn self-criticism into curiosity, strengthen communication, and practice small, doable steps that bring relief.
I’m Michele Talamo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience. My approach is practical and kind, focusing on behavioral patterns, anxiety (including GAD), and relationship challenges. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you untangle unhelpful thoughts and build daily tools, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to highlight strengths and create next steps. Sessions are collaborative and respectful of your identities; I work with individuals and couples and offer therapy in English.
