In our work, I’m both gentle and direct- helping you understand what’s driving these patterns, while being honest about where you might be keeping yourself stuck so you can start making choices from clarity instead.

I use mindfulness, somatic and parts-based approaches to help you track what’s happening in real time, expand your capacity to stay present, and make different choices.
