I joyfully partner with my clients to support them in creating the life and love they desire. As a coach, I specialize in supporting clients in living more deeply into their authentic truth while holding (and living into) a gold standard of connection and relationship. Regardless of outward "success" I find that most people hunger for a greater depth of connection in the world, and I believe that flavor of magical connection IS possible.
My background as a licensed psychotherapist has given me a LARGE toolbox that contains everything from applied neuroscience, somatic training and attachment theory, which I've woven together with other approaches to transformation and growth rooted in things like life leadership training, enneagram awareness, and what I refer to as "grounded woo" (energetic theories and grounded practices that support real deal manifestation of goals and desires). My approach is unapologetically wholistic, embracing mind, body, and spirit, as I find THAT is the path to profound change and fulfillment.
