So often couples get derailed by a failure to really listen without judgement to each other. I take an approach with couples by helping them become effective listeners as well as effective initiators with the ability to authentically reveal themselves. I focus on the wheel of respect; honesty, support, cooperation, trust and accountability. I try and help couples discover who they really are in relationship by examining family of origin, which lays the ground work for perception, expectation, feelings, and feelings about feeling that carry over into adult relationships.
