My name is Marilea and my passion is to work and walk with you through what’s going on in life to help you rebuild confidence, find hope, and restore a greater connection with who you really are. I know how hard it can be to work through the challenges in life, especially the unexpected challenges that shake you to your proverbial core. Together we will work towards getting to the bottom of it and heal from the pain of traumatizing experiences, understand self-truths to increase self-esteem, and challenge the repeated cycle of negative beliefs.
I am licensed in the state of North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have 15+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, college-aged to older adults, and families within a variety of settings. I am also passionate about working with those who have experienced intense grief/loss (including infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, birth trauma), as well as postpartum and perinatal depression and anxiety. I am also passionate of guiding couples throughout their fertility journey.
