As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), my passion is to help women and families navigate transitions and/or overcome challenges impacting quality of life. My work is solutions oriented and focused on (1) women struggling with adjustments to sudden or milestone life changes, (2) families raising children with ADHD needing support in resolving concerns and strengthening positive relationships at home, and (3) family therapy for adult children and parents experiencing inter-generational cultural dissonance, especially connected to life transitions.
