I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, and I am passionate about people living their best lives within happy, stable, respectful, joyful family relationships. Of course, those are on our best days! None of us can be perfect partners, children, friends or even selves without struggle, imperfection and compromise.
When those struggles become permanent parts of the famiy story, good therapy can help you learn how things go wrong, how to course correct the patterns, and get back some smoother, more genuinely connected experience together.
I have over 13 years of experience helping families improve their functioning. Before I was a family therapist, I was a Lutheran parish pastor. I've been working with relationships all my adult life. I enjoy helping clients use their own best resources, including their experience of faith and spirit, to improve their daily functioning.
