I provide therapy through a combination of teletherapy & in-home support, as opposed to a traditional office setting. Sessions that take place in your home provide me more insight into what is truly going on. I understand it may not be easy sharing intimate thoughts with a new person, albeit a professional. I prioritize the building of a solid therapeutic relationship so that we have a strong foundation to work from. You can expect that I will offer opinions and suggestions from time to time, but that I will not tell you what to do. You can expect to be respected. I have extensive experience working with kids, teens, and parents as related to behavioral challenges, family dynamics, adoption, and divorce. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, past trauma or mood management I can help. I primarily practice CBT & integrate DBT, mindfulness exercises, & art therapy as needed.
