During difficult times of life, individual's internal resources and outside nurturing assistance are keys for rising above deep water. When clients reach out to therapy, it demonstrates great courage and hope, which I believe are two main internal elements for change. With help, clients can feel better and motived to create the life they desire. My goal is to foster a nurturing environment in my therapy space to allow the changes to happen. My work is based on a "systemic" point of view and focuses on understanding individuals in relation to their environments. No matter it's with individuals, couples or families, I approach the presenting problems from their context. I believe problems are created in the contextual web, rather than by individuals. I aim to explore with my clients their support system and routines that offer them a sense of sanctuary. I discover with my clients what they believe as contributing factors to the issues that they are facing, and what they have tried to resolve them. I am curious about my client's experience, emotions, perspectives, and hopes. I work collaboratively with clients to assist their healing journey and creation of their desires.
