My approach has evolved over the years having achieved competencies in numerous modalities (we will have many options in our work together, not a “one size fits all” approach). I deeply believe in the relationship as a powerfully healing reality. Building the relationship through trust, time, shared experiences and a little bit of humor, we create a “safe space to discuss whatever you deem is important. We will discover goals and resources to enhance life’s meaning. Despite the current difficulty and sometimes even because of it, we will discover the “new” that is emerging as we “lean into” and move through life’s challenges toward a new day.
